Welcome to Ordering! The Ordering section, often referred to as Limited Order Window (LOW), is where wholesalers can place orders for specific products, quantities, and delivery weeks. This process is often used for new products, innovations, special graphics, and seasonal offerings.

Ordering Process Overview

How to find Ordering in OnePortal

To navigate to Ordering you can either click the shopping cart icon on the navigation bar located on the left of the page or click the same icon on the homepage as shown below.

Active Programs Page

After navigating to Ordering, you will land on the Active Programs page. This page will display all Ordering Program which are currently open for your wholesaler location to submit orders.

• There are 3 different types of programs which are visible and separated into side scrolling sections
  • One Time LOW - These programs are generally for limited time offerings such as first time offerings, special graphics, event specific, or highly seasonal products.
  • Continuous Programs - These programs are open indefinitely for products which are continually produced with no end date in sight.
  • Rolling Orders - These programs offer multiple order windows and delivery dates but have a planned end of the program. These programs are sometimes set quarterly or for products which are planned to switch to Forecasting.
