OTR Process

1. 3+ Days in advance: Request a Return Shipment

   • Estimate Materials/Quantities
   • Confirm return location, change if necessary
   • Returns can be requested further in advance by adjusting the Preferred Pickup Date

2. Shipment gets tendered automatically in OnePortal

• Shipment will move to green/Ready to Load status
• Return destination is locked
• Carrier is assigned with estimated arrival dates

3. Carrier Arrives on-site

• Load the truck
• Confirm and update final material quantities, trailer, and seal number
• Print the BOL
