Welcome to appointments! Easily check your upcoming appointments, inbound products, and review shipment history. If the carrier and driver are participating in GPS tracking, you can track the status, location, and progress in real time via Track and Trace.

If the appointments icon is not visible on the homepage or sidebar of OnePortal your access level may need to be adjusted. For instruction on how to manage access levels visit our Access Management in ABWP page HERE.

Appointments General Use

Appointments is made up of three main pages being Delivery Schedule, Shipment Details and PDCN Summary. Much of the information in these pages is available in multiple locations between these tabs. Below are details on these pages and common use cases.

Functionality Available Across Appointments

There are few common features across pages within Appointments to help you locate the information needed. These features are the Export button, Filter Popup, and Search Bar which can be found in the upper right area of each page.

Shipment Status Explanation

Across the Delivery Schedule and Shipment Details tabs the concept of Status is repeatedly used to inform wholesalers of where in the shipping process their shipment and products are so that they can better plan their operations. Short status explanations can also be found in OnePortal by hovering over the status to trigger a tool tip. These status are sent directly to OnePortal from the shipping location based on their Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
